Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Telecom, Technology, or a related industry.
• A master's degree is a distinct advantage.
• Experience in a similar role demonstrating outstanding technical, financial, and analytical capabilities.

Core Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Manage budgets and forecasts for IT and Technical divisions, analyze performance, and support CAPEX/OPEX planning and tracking.
• Strategic Partnering: Translate technical needs into financial insights to guide decisions on key technology initiatives.
• Performance Management: Monitor IT and Technical financial KPIs, analyze OPEX/CAPEX trends, and flag risks to ensure effective spend management.
• Cost Optimization & Vendor Management: Identify opportunities for cost savings through process improvements, vendor negotiations, and technology lifecycle management.
• Risk and Compliance: Ensure financial compliance in technology spending and support audits with accurate documentation of IT investments.
