Job Summary:

The Finance Assistant will support the finance department in managing daily accounting tasks and financial reporting. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth financial operations within our healthcare setup.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a finance or accounting role; experience within a healthcare setup is a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Assist in payroll preparation and processing.
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
• Perform bank reconciliations and handle petty cash.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
• Support budget preparation and monitoring activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
• Liaise with vendors and staff on finance-related queries.
