QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA (T), ACCA, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in finance and administration, preferably in an NGO/INGO or donor-funded environment.
• Strong knowledge of Tanzania financial regulations and statutory compliance.
• Experience with donor-funded projects and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Sage, Navision).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
