Job Description

Selcom is hiring a Field Fleet Officer to support existing merchants, resolve payment-related issues, maintain devices, and help improve merchant satisfaction and retention.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Support and visit existing merchants.
• Handle POS, QR, and payment-related issues.
• Train merchants on the use of payment solutions.
• Maintain and support merchant devices.
• Resolve merchant issues and provide ongoing support.
• Support merchant retention and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid Class A driving licence.
• Motorcycle riding experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Good technology skills.
• Field-oriented and self-driven.
• Ability to work independently and visit merchants as required.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: professional certificate
