About the Role:
The primary role of the Feed Mill Administrator is to support the finance, administration and HR functions of the feed mill, supporting accurate financial processing, inventory and asset control, statutory compliance, payroll, and effective site administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, purchase and sales orders, petty cash, reconciliations and supplier queries.
- Control raw material and finished goods inventory, investigate variances and maintain accurate Acumatica stock records.
- Maintain the fixed asset register, asset tagging and physical verification.
- Ensure timely tax, NSSF, WCF and other statutory compliance, including WHT requirements.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, employee records, contracts, onboarding and exit administration.
- Prepare finance, HR, and administrative reports and support audits and site coordination.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in finance, administration and/or HR in a manufacturing, industrial or continuous-process environment.
- Experience supporting a shift-based or 24/7 production site is preferred.
- Experience with AP/AR, inventory, payroll, tax compliance, ERP systems (Acumatica preferred) and statutory filings.
- Strong Excel/ERP skills, analytical ability, attention to detail
- Excellent communication in both English and Kiswahili.
