Qualifications & experience

Education: Diploma or Certificate in Facilities Management, Environmental Management, Horticulture, or related field

Experience: Proven experience in cleaning supervision, gardening, or facilities management

Required skills

• Knowledge of landscaping, sanitation, and hygiene practices
• Proven ability to supervise and coordinate teams effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance
• Good communication skills; basic computer literacy an added advantage

Roles & responsibilities

Cleaning supervision: Oversee daily cleaning to maintain hygiene standards.

Gardening & landscaping: Manage landscaping tasks like watering and pest control.

Staff management: Allocate duties, monitor attendance, train staff, and ensure safety procedures.

HSE compliance: Ensure safe handling of chemicals and promote environmental sustainability.

Inventory control: Monitor stock levels and maintain usage records.

Reporting: Prepare regular supervision reports and coordinate facility improvement needs.
