Executive Housekeeper

Department: Housekeeping

Reports to: General Manager

Number of Vacancies: 1

Job Overview:

To lead the housekeeping and laundry departments, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, order, and upkeep throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all Housekeeping and Laundry staff, including Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants.
• Develop cleaning schedules, inventories, and standard operating procedures.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met.
• Control departmental budgets, including linen and cleaning supplies.
• Train staff on cleaning techniques, safety, and guest interaction.
• Ensure laundry operations run efficiently and linen is well-maintained.

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
