Job Summary:

To install, maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment, wiring, and control systems throughout the plant under the guidance of the Electrical Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, starters, switchgear, lighting, and control panels.
• Diagnose electrical malfunctions using testing instruments (multimeters, clamp meters, megohmmeters).
• Install new electrical conduits, wiring, and devices as per diagrams.
• Assist in the troubleshooting of PLCs, VFDs, and other automation components.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Strictly adhere to lock-out tag-out (LOTO) and all electrical safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate work records and logs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Mandatory: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Technician in an industrial setting.
• Strong practical knowledge of electrical systems, motors, and controls.
• Familiarity with safety standards and ability to work on low and medium voltage systems.
