JOB DETAILS:

The Education Program Lead oversees educational initiatives that expand access, improve quality, and promote lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage education programs (e.g., literacy, STEM, teacher training, scholarships).
• Develop curricula, training materials, and learning assessments.
• Supervise education staff and partner schools.
• Ensure alignment with national education policies and standards.
• Coordinate with ministries of education, schools, and communities.
• Monitor learning outcomes with MEL.
• Manage education budgets and donor reporting.
• Represent the organization in education sector forums.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field.
• 5–8 years of education program management experience.
• Knowledge of pedagogy, curriculum design, and education policy.
• Experience with donors and government education agencies.
• Strong training and facilitation skills.

Professional experience is an advantage. However, demonstrated capability, commitment, and leadership potential will also be considered.
