We are seeking a Digital Marketing Officer with experience in strengthening online presence and drive brand visibility through creative and impactful digital campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, designing digital materials, and executing campaigns that align with the organisation’s branding and growth objectives.
This role requires a creative and proactive individual with a passion for digital trends, content creation, and design.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage and grow the organisation’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create engaging and original content (posts, stories, reels, blogs, and videos).
- Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies for better engagement.
- Digital Campaigns & Branding
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote the organisation’s services and brand.
- Design posters, graphics, and promotional materials using design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Collaborate with the team to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Marketing Support & Visibility
- Assist in planning and executing events, product launches, and other marketing activities.
- Track campaign performance and prepare digital marketing reports.
- Research and recommend new tools, platforms, and trends to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related role.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
- Basic graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
- Strong creativity, storytelling ability, and eye for design.
- Knowledge of digital analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organisational skills with ability to multitask.
