Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage online marketing campaigns that drive traffic, generate leads, and increase bookings for our air ticketing and travel services. You will play a critical role in boosting our online visibility, promoting special offers, and engaging customers across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote flights, travel packages, and seasonal offers.
• Manage SEO and SEM efforts to improve visibility of travel-related keywords.
• Plan and run paid ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and travel related platforms to increase ticket sales.
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content (posts, stories, newsletters) across digital channels.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and booking funnel data. • Collaborate with sales and reservations teams to align marketing with customer needs and flight availability.
• Manage and update the company website and landing pages to reflect current promotions and pricing.
• Use email marketing to engage previous customers and send targeted promotions or reminders.
• Stay updated on airline offers, travel trends, and competitor campaigns to keep content and ads competitive.
- Monitor online reviews and maintain a strong digital brand reputation.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. • Language Skills:
- Proficiency in English language.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in of digital marketing experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and analytics platforms. o Familiarity with online booking systems, travel platforms (like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo), is a plus.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills tailored to the travel audience.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for ROI and lead generation.
- Knowledge of travel regulations, seasonality trends, and destination marketing is an advantage.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop).
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Zoho.
