Job Description: Visionary leader to fill the post of Deputy Vice Chancellor for Planning, Finance and Administration.

Requirements:

• Senior staff member (Professor/Associate Professor) with 10+ years in senior management
• Proven experience in strategic planning, financial management, budgeting, and resource mobilization
• Leadership experience overseeing finance, administration, human resources, procurement, infrastructure, and ICT services
• Experience in managing budgets, financial controls, audits, and compliance with regulatory frameworks
• Knowledge of national laws & policies governing higher education & public service

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 120

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
