Job Summary:

The Demand Planner will support the sales organization as the main contact for planning activities based on customer demand, product lines, and stock locations. This role involves driving the forecast alignment process and optimizing inventory levels to meet customer needs .

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze new incoming equipment for targeted inventory planning .
• Focus on maintaining healthy net working capital with respect to inventory planning .
• Coordinate with stakeholders regarding inventory control improvement activities .
• Manage obsolescence reserves for the product line .
• Analyze and maintain inventory parameter settings .
• Drive stock optimization initiatives .
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure fleet data is reflected in stock forecasting .

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or Logistics .
• Supply Chain Management experience (Inventory Control, Forecasting, and Demand Planning) .
• Technical knowledge of heavy-duty mining/industrial equipment is an asset .
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with ERP systems, SAP .
• Strong report writing and interpersonal skills .
