JOB DETAILS:
Role Overview:
First impressions matter. This officer owns the "sign-up" and "data import" experience. You are responsible for ensuring new users can get started quickly, importing their data (if applicable) without friction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap for user onboarding flows (Sign-up, Verification, First Milestone).
- Design the data migration/import experience for enterprise clients.
- Work with engineering to build intuitive data mapping tools.
- Analyze funnel drop-off rates and implement A/B tests to improve conversion.
- Ensure data privacy/compliance (GDPR/SOC2) during onboarding.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in Product Management or Product Operations.
- Experience with data-heavy products or ETL processes.
- UX-focused with a passion for reducing friction.

Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: bachelor degree
