JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular quality checks
• Collaborate with different departments to understand data needs
• Implement data collection systems and strategies
• Troubleshoot data-related problems and implement solutions
• Maintain data security and confidentiality protocols

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• 2+ years experience in data analysis or data operations
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with programming languages (Python, R) is a plus
