Are you experienced in telecom, ISP, or IT/Managed Services? Join our team as a Customer Support Executive and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely support and professional service.

What You’ll Do:
 Be the first point of contact for customers.
 Resolve technical and billing inquiries.
 Coordinate with technical teams for quick solutions.
 Provide onboarding and guidance for internet, cloud, and cybersecurity services.

Requirements:
 2–3 years of experience in telecom, ISP, or IT support.
 Strong understanding of internet services & troubleshooting.
 Excellent communication in English & Swahili.
 Customer-first attitude & multitasking ability.
