Job Description

Vunjabei Bet Company Limited is hiring passionate and energetic individuals to join the team as Customer Services Officers (Call Center). The role focuses on delivering excellent customer support and ensuring a strong user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via calls and digital channels
• Provide accurate information about services/products
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
• Record and report customer interactions

Qualifications & Requirements

• Age: Below 35 years
• Strong understanding of the betting industry
• Fluent in English and Swahili
• Minimum education: Advanced Certificate / Certificate / Diploma
• Degree is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and smartphone usage skills
• At least 1 year experience in a similar role (added advantage)
