JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
- Must have good PR and customer service skills.Jobs
- Handling orders, tagging items, and generating receipts.
- Inspecting garments for damage at intake and final delivery.
- Managing inquiries (calls/WhatsApp), complaints, and requests.
- Coordinating delivery riders for timely pickups and drop-offs.
- Processing payments and reconciling daily payments.
Requirements
- At least a Diploma in Customer Service, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
- 1–2 years in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or front-office).
- Fluent in English and Kiswahili; ability to handle difficult customers calmly.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (PoS) systems, WhatsApp Business, and basic Excel.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: associate degree
