Responsibilities or duties

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the system.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and gather feedback on service quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as processing orders and updating customer profiles.

Qualifications or requirements

Requirements for Both Positions:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
