Job Summary:

The Customer Care Manager leads the customer service team to ensure high-quality customer support, handle inquiries and complaints, and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Manage a team of customer service representatives.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics.
  • Train staff on customer service best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and call center operations.
  • Customer-focused with strong leadership abilities.
