JOB DETAILS:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Digital Financial Services.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full lifecycle of Credit and Savings products, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
2. Develop initiatives to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and maintain competitiveness.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners for product discussions, checklists, and launches.
4. Communicate with partners regarding access renewals and daily operational activities.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
6. Support automation and streamlining of operational processes for efficiency.
7. Prepare performance reports, insights, and recommendations for management and partners.
8. Design and execute promotional activities to enhance product adoption and engagement.

Core Competencies:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Proactive, mature, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
• Project management knowledge/experience is an advantage.
