Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results driven Credit Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely loan repayments, minimizing defaults, and implementing effective recovery strategies for overdue loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Client recruitment and relationship management
• Loan application processing
• Customer follow-up and support
• Loan monitoring and repayment tracking
• Field visits and verification
• Daily reporting and record keeping
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures

Qualifications

• Form VI / Certificate / Diploma
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible

Added Advantage

• Experience in microfinance, SACCOs, sales, customer service, or mobile money operations

Salary

Competitive salary plus performance incentives.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: professional certificate
