Coshve is a microfinance institution seeking to hire a Credit Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Conduct loan appraisal, cash flow analysis, and business evaluations.
• Perform credit analysis and risk assessment.
• Prepare credit reports and make recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with Bank of Tanzania (BOT) regulations and prudent lending practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in credit analysis, loan appraisal, or risk management within a bank or financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis, financial statement analysis, and risk assessment.
• Good understanding of Bank of Tanzania (BOT) regulations and prudent lending practices.
• Excellent analytical, report writing, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and credit management systems.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
