Key Responsibilities

  • Needs Identification: Identify and approach private organizations to understand their corporate training requirements.
  • Proposals & Quotations: Present relevant training programmes and prepare formal proposals or quotations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop client relationships and follow up on opportunities through to confirmed training execution.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a corporate pipeline and report regularly on leads, meetings, and conversions.

Requirements & Experience

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, corporate marketing, or training services.
  • Target Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet targets and grow organizational accounts.
  • Core Competencies: Strong proposal writing, presentation, negotiation, and client service skills.
