We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator & Visual Storytelling Associate to bring those stories to life through photography, videography, graphic design, and digital content.

Key responsibilities

The Content Creator & Visual Storytelling Associate will be responsible for:

• Capturing high-quality photos and videos during events, workshops, community activities, and interviews.
• Producing engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
• Editing videos and creating compelling visual stories that showcase Inua Hub’s impact.
• Designing simple graphics, posters, presentations, and promotional materials aligned with the organization’s brand.
• Collaborating with program teams to tell authentic stories of youth, entrepreneurs, volunteers, and community partners.
• Organizing and maintaining a digital library of photos, videos, and creative assets.
• Staying up to date with content creation trends and recommending innovative storytelling ideas.

Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Passion for photography, videography, graphic design, or digital storytelling.
• Experience with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or similar creative software.
• Strong creative eye for composition, lighting, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Curiosity to experiment with new formats, trends, and creative techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to receive feedback.
• Passion for youth empowerment, innovation, and social impact.
