JOB DETAILS:
- Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our pastry team. You will assist the Pastry Chef in the preparation of desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and baking of pastries, desserts, and breads.
- Prepare ingredients and garnishes for dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section.
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately.
- Learn and develop new pastry skills and techniques.
- Qualifications:
- Passion for baking and pastry arts.
- A certificate, Form IV and above. A certificate in Hotel Management is an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
