JOB DETAILS:
Angels fork Group
We are looking for an Assistant Butcher to support the Head Butcher in daily operations. You will perform a variety of butchering tasks and ensure the section runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, and prepare meat cuts as directed.
- Assist in portion control and waste management.
- Ensure the butchery area is clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Monitor and rotate meat inventory.
- Operate butchering equipment safely.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a butchery environment.
- A certificate, Form IV and above. A certificate in a related field is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: high school
