JOB DETAILS:
Background
We are seeking an Assistant BBQ Specialist to help manage the grill station. You will assist in preparing and cooking food items and maintaining the BBQ area.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing meats, vegetables, and sauces for the grill.
- Help cook food items to the required specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness of the grill and surrounding area.
- Monitor and replenish supplies at the BBQ station.
- Ensure food is stored and handled safely.
Qualifications
- Some experience in a kitchen or food service role.
- A certificate, Form IV and above.
- Passion for BBQ and grilling.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: high school
