JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily mining operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and safety.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
- Oversee production targets, mine planning, equipment utilization, and workforce performance.
- Ensure compliance with mining laws, environmental regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Mineral Processing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification or MBA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the mining industry, with at least 5 years in a senior operations leadership role.
