JOB DETAILS:
Nature and Scope
The successful candidate will report to the Board of Directors of SIMCU ltd and administratively to the General Manager. He/She will be the head of the Accounting and finance Department of Simiyu Cooperative Union (2018) Itd
Duties and Responsibilities
- To manage the accounting department and monitoring Financial report on a daily basis
- To ensure the accurate preparation and proper Maintenance of accounting records coordinate the budgeting process including the preparation of regular organization 4 acl Board of the IIm
- To ensure that all statut are releases on time
- To ensure that all payments made by Union Comply with TAX dedications, such as VAT, Corporate tax, Payee, with holding taxes etc.
- To prepare quarterly and LC Rinr 9
- To are statutory and Compliant with account standard
- To prepare and submitting management and Internal Control reports to the Board of the union
- To respond to Audit queries in collaboration with the management team
- To carry out any other related duties as may be assigned by General Manager from time to time.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience
- Must hold a Bachelor degree in Economics, B.com, Business Administration
- Must be certified Public Accountant CPA (T) or ACCA, CFA registered by NBBA
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in accounting and financial management from reputable organization
- Experience in using ICT based accounting system
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
