JOB DETAILS:

Backbone Tanzania Company is seeking to fill 2 positions for Chick Feed Sales Representative.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote and sell chick feed products to poultry farmers and dealers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and report market feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the poultry industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Computer literacy (MS Office) and good organizational skills.
• A valid driving licence is an added advantage for sales representatives and the supervisor.
