The Charter Division Manager role is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing charter sales and operational coordination within Coastal Aviation’s Charter Division. The successful candidate will drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, coordinate charter operations, and ensure high-quality customer service while supporting the company's commercial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee charter sales and operational coordination within the Charter Division
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Drive charter business growth through effective sales and business development strategies
• Coordinate charter flight operations to ensure efficient service delivery
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the charter booking and travel process
• Identify new business opportunities within the aviation and tourism sectors
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth execution of charter services
• Support revenue generation initiatives and achievement of business targets
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and service quality
• Promote the company’s charter services and strengthen market presence

Qualification required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Aviation, or a related field
• Proven experience in charter sales and charter operations within Tanzania
• Experience in aviation, tourism, charter sales, or travel operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of the aviation industry and tourism sector
• Strong business development and commercial awareness skills
