JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities or duties
- Process customer payments (cash, card, digital)
- Issue receipts and handle change accurately
- Reconcile cash drawer at beginning and end of shift
- Handle billing discrepancies and payment issues
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and pricing
- Assist with to-go orders and takeout payments
- Follow security procedures for cash handling
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Assist with light clerical duties as needed
- Report any discrepancies to supervisor immediately
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Previous cash handling experience
- Honesty and integrity
- Basic math skills
- Good communication abilities
- Customer service orientation
