Job Purpose
To support patient wellbeing by ensuring comfort, dignity, safety, and a positive care experience throughout the patient journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and support to patients to enhance comfort and wellbeing.
- Assist patients with mobility, hygiene, and basic care needs where required.
- Ensure patient areas are clean, safe, and comfortable.
- Support nurses and clinical teams in providing quality patient care.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and concerns.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and families.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect patient dignity.
- Promote a welcoming and patient-friendly environment.

Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in healthcare assistance, patient care, caregiving, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment will be an added advantage.
- Certificate of Good Conduct.
