Job Description

• Install CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related equipment.
• Coordinate with all units frequently and ensure all systems are in proper running condition.
• Identify faults in CCTV and related security systems.
• Troubleshoot camera, recorder, cabling, and network issues.
• Configure IP cameras and remote viewing randomly.
• Handle cabling and basic system setup & trouble shooting.
• Coordinate with vendors / Security authorities or higher authorities for issue resolution whenever required.
• Maintaining AMC and ensure PMC is done periodically.
• Follow up until the issue is fully resolved.
• Attend complaints and resolve issues on time.
• Keep Assets records of devices and service work.
• Support access control, biometric, and intercom systems.

Spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, etc)

Word Processing and Desktop Publishing Tools (MS Office, Google Docs, etc)
