JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:

Oversee regional operations, ensure profitability, manage staff and assets, and maintain strong relationships with producers, cooperatives, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and communication skills.
• Coffee industry knowledge is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage regional operations (Mbinga or Kagera).
• Ensure cost-effective operations and profitability.
• Supervise staff and ensure targets are achieved.
• Manage producer and contract farming relationships.
• Oversee coffee stock movements and reporting.
• Maintain compliance with coffee laws and regulations.
• Coordinate coffee milling, deliveries, and buyer visits.
• Prepare operational, inventory, and cost analysis reports.
