Background

Eagle Destiny Company Limited (EDCL) is a Tanzanian-based Employer of Record (EOR) and People Operations company providing compliant workforce solutions for local and international businesses operating in East Africa.

We enable organizations to legally hire, onboard, manage, and pay talent in Tanzania without the need to establish a local entity. Through our EOR model, EDCL becomes the legal employer on record while clients retail full operational control over employee performance and daily activities.

In addition to Employer of Record and HR solutions, EDCL operates a Trading & General Supply Division that supports procurement, import and export, and logistics for both EOR clients and independent trade partners.

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategy Execution: Developing and executing the agency’s business development strategy in line with overall growth objectives.

Lead Generation: Identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities across target sectors and budgets.

Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Collaboration: Collaborating with strategy, creative, and delivery teams to develop compelling proposals and pitches.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: At least 4 years of experience in a business development/commercial role within marketing, advertising, events, or related industries.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, International Relations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
