Background

Noble Hospital, one of India's leading multi-specialty healthcare providers, is expanding its presence in Tanzania and plans to establish a Patient Information Centre in Dar es Salaam. The hospital is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive patient referrals and build strategic partnerships across Tanzania.

Position Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing the Tanzanian market for Noble Hospital by generating patient referrals for advanced medical treatment in India. The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare providers, corporate organizations, insurance companies, NGOs, government institutions, and other referral sources to increase patient inflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage patient referral networks across Tanzania.
  • Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, diagnostic centres, and healthcare professionals.
  • Generate qualified patient referrals for specialized treatment at Noble Hospital, Pune.
  • Conduct presentations, meetings, and awareness programs with healthcare partners.
  • Organize health camps, specialist OPD camps, and medical seminars in collaboration with the India team.
  • Develop partnerships with corporations, insurance providers, NGOs, and government institutions.
  • Promote Noble Hospital's medical specialties and international patient services.
  • Coordinate patient inquiries, referrals, and medical documentation with the International Patient Department.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of referral partners and achieve business development targets.
  • Submit regular activity reports, market intelligence, and performance updates to management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in:
    • Business Development
    • Healthcare Marketing
    • Pharmaceutical Sales
    • Hospital Marketing
    • Insurance Services
    • Medical Tourism
  • Experience developing B2B partnerships and managing key accounts is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience within Tanzania's healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
