Responsibilities or duties
- Support the sales team with day-to-day international client communication and coordination
- Prepare quotations, contracts, proforma invoices, and track orders/shipments from inquiry to delivery
- Liaise between clients, factory production, and logistics teams regarding specifications, samples, and timelines
- Maintain accurate customer records and handle English-language email/phone correspondence
- Assist with trade show preparation, sample coordination, and occasional business travel logistics
- Perform other administrative and support tasks to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Bachelor’s degree in international business, trade, business English, marketing, or related field
- Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-service mindset
- Willingness to undertake occasional domestic/international business travel
Experience needed
- 1–2+ years in a business support, sales coordination, or export/import role preferred
