Job Summary

The Bulldozer Operator will operate bulldozers to perform earthmoving, levelling, clearing, grading, and material-pushing activities on the project site.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers safely and efficiently.
• Perform earthmoving, site clearing, levelling, and grading activities.
• Follow site plans, instructions, and work schedules.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections before operation.
• Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical problems.
• Maintain proper control of the machine during operations.
• Work safely around other heavy machinery and site personnel.
• Perform routine operator-level maintenance and cleaning.
• Maintain equipment-operation records where required.
• Follow all project safety and environmental procedures.

Requirements

• VETA Certificate or relevant technical qualification.
• Valid operator's licence/certification with Class F and G qualifications.
• Relevant bulldozer operating experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction-site safety procedures.
• Good physical fitness and alertness.
• Ability to follow technical and site instructions.

Work Hours: 8
