We are looking for a creative and results-driven Brand & Marketing Officer to join our team.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Journalism & Communication, New Media, Advertising, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in brand management, marketing, or digital media
• Skilled in short video planning, shooting, and editing (experience with common editing tools required)
• Strong understanding of overseas social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), including content planning, audience engagement, and data analysis
• Proven experience in planning and executing online & offline events, including major corporate, factory, and brand marketing activities
• Experience with advertising placement in East Africa, including localized ad strategies, budget management, and campaign optimization
• Excellent cross-department communication and multitasking abilities
• Photography and visual design skills are an added advantage
