 Job Description

• Provide information to customers by telephone, in writing, via email, or in person.
• Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other relevant financial information.
• Review and update credit and loan files in the system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare loan agreements and ensure they are complete, accurate, and in line with company policies.
• Review loan agreements to ensure they include all conditions of approval and are properly signed.
• Process credit applications in the system and prepare credit bureau data.
• Coordinate credit application processing within the system.
• Update credit bureau data in accordance with country regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and maintain loan files in the system.
• Ensure registration of assets and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Stay informed about new types of loans, financial services, and products to better meet customers’ needs.
• Submit applications to credit analysts for verification and recommendations.
• Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
• Prepare and update daily operational reports.
• Support in fulfilling all loan approval conditions.
