JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:
The Billing Executive is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer purchases at the point of sale. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth and pleasant checkout experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate cash registers, barcode scanners, and other POS equipment to process sales.
• Handle cash, credit/debit card, and other digital payments accurately.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers.
• Answer customer questions regarding products and prices.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and report any discrepancies.
• Bag purchased items carefully and ensure the checkout area is tidy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Previous experience as a cashier or in a retail environment is preferred.
• High level of honesty and integrity.
• Friendly and patient demeanor.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
