We are seeking a person to translate national marketing strategy into effective local activations at point of sale and in communities across all clusters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute POS strategy for all clusters (banners, stickers, coolers, etc.)
• Design and implement local sponsorship and partnership activations
• Manage POS material inventory and distribution to clusters
• Train field teams on merchandising standards and brand guidelines
• Conduct monthly audits of POS execution in key outlets nationwide
• Coordinate sampling activities and local event sponsorships
• Report on BTL activity effectiveness and recommendations

Requirements

• 3+ years FMCG marketing or trade marketing experience
• Creative thinking with strong execution focus
• Understanding of diverse trade environments across Tanzania
• Project management and multi-tasking abilities
• Willingness to spend majority of time in field across all regions
• Design/creative skills advantageous
• Active Driving Licence
