JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose:

To prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages promptly while maintaining a clean bar area and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix and serve drinks according to standard recipes.
• Interact with customers, take orders, and make recommendations.
• Monitor customer intoxication levels and refuse service when necessary.
• Stock bar supplies and maintain inventory.
• Clean bar counters, glassware, and equipment after service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Age 18 years and above.
• Previous bartending experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic cocktail recipes.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
