Job Overview:

We are looking for a charismatic and skilled Bartender/Waitstaff to join our F&B team. This dual role requires a person who can mix exceptional cocktails while also providing attentive table service. You will be key in creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere in our bar and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Bartending: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistently and to a high standard. Maintain a well-stocked and clean bar area.

Mixology: Have knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, and be able to make recommendations to guests.

Waitstaff Duties: Take food and beverage orders accurately, serve meals, and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Customer Service: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, remembering regulars and their preferences.

Cash Handling: Process payments and operate the POS system correctly.

Health & Safety: Adhere to all hygiene and safety regulations, ensuring the bar and dining areas are clean and tidy.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bartender and/or Waiter in a restaurant, bar, or lodge.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and responsible service of alcohol.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Well-groomed with a friendly and approachable personality.
• Fluency in English and Swahili is required.
• Must be eligible to work in Tanzania.
