Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Barman to deliver exceptional beverage service and create memorable guest experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
  • Engage with guests professionally, providing recommendations and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Monitor beverage inventory and report stock requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Work closely with restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Barman in a reputable hotel or hospitality establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, beverages, wines, spirits, and cocktails.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

General Minimum Qualifications

Candidates for all positions should possess:

  • Proven experience in a reputable hotel, resort, or hospitality establishment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with leadership abilities required for supervisory and management positions.
  • Commitment to maintaining high operational, safety, and hospitality standards.
