BARISTA – 2 POSTS

The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages and refreshments while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages according to required standards.
• Take customer orders accurately and process them efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee preparation and service areas.
• Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment properly.
• Ensure beverages are presented attractively and served promptly.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups and other supplies.
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers.
• Handle customer requests and concerns courteously.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures.
• Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
