Role Overview:

Oversee daily bar operations, manage staff, ensure quality service, maintain inventory, and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bar staff including waitresses, supervisors, and hosts.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle inventory, ordering, and stock control.
  • Develop and implement promotional activities.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve complaints.

Requirements:
