Overview
CAPRIPOINT LOUNGE AND BAR is seeking three hardworking, honest, and customer-service-oriented employees for the position of Bar Attendant. The employee will be responsible for serving customers efficiently, ensuring the bar area remains clean and well-organized, receiving customer orders, and ensuring customers receive excellent service. This position requires a disciplined, dedicated individual who can work in a busy bar and entertainment environment. Accommodation will be provided by the employer, but meals will be the employee's responsibility.
Responsibilities
The bar attendant will be responsible for serving customers with respect and efficiency, receiving and preparing orders, ensuring beverages are served correctly, responding to customer needs, and assisting in ensuring daily bar operations run smoothly.
The employee will be required to ensure the bar area remains clean, arrange products and work equipment, assist in monitoring available stock, follow work procedures, and collaborate with other staff to provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
Applicants are required to have a primary education or higher. Experience working in a bar, hotel, restaurant, or other customer service environments will be an advantage. The ideal candidate should be honest, disciplined, able to communicate well with customers, and willing to work the required hours.
